New Patient Onboarding:
Request a new patient appointment above.
Our front desk will reach out to confirm your appointment time.
Set up your Charm EHR portal. You will receive an email with the link to register.
Sign the digital consent forms and complete the intake questionnaire 24 hours before your visit.
New patient visits are one hour long. We focus that time on getting to know you as a whole person and really doing a thorough intake. Treatments typically begin during the second follow up.
For new acupuncture patients: Acupuncture is most effective when received at a regular consistency. Due to high demand for this service, we recommend you schedule your first four weekly visits right away. After the first four, we then space these treatments out based on need.
Cancelation Policy:
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you choose to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or do not show up to your scheduled appointment time, there will be a late cancellation fee of $75.
